Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Conduct detailed sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met or exceeded
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests and inquiries
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked for daily operations
- Follow established protocols for janitorial tasks and custodial responsibilities to uphold cleanliness standards in all areas
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices and floor care methods
- Experience with laundry services and carpet cleaning equipment is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Familiarity with janitorial supplies, commercial cleaning products, and safety procedures
- Previous housekeeping management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
