What You'll Do
As a Direct Care Aid, you'll play an essential role in supporting our residents with both compassion and skill. Your work will include:
- Assisting with daily personal care: bathing, toileting, mobility, and meals
- Offering companionship and emotional support to residents
- Encouraging residents to engage in meaningful activities
- Ensuring their safety, dignity, and rights at all times
- Attending regular trainings grow your caregiving knowledge
- Feel called to support seniors, especially those living with dementia
- Communicate clearly and kindly in English
- Show up with reliability, empathy, and a can-do spirit

- Reliable transportation
- At least 18 years old
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Able to assist with transfers and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
