Home Health, Occupational Therapist hiring for several positions in the following areas: Lakewood, Littleton, Denver, Glendale, North Aurora, Commerce City, Green Valley Ranch, Westminster, Arvada, Golden. ($70-$125/visit). A therapy owned and operated company.

As a Occupational Therapist, what you’ll do:
- Perform initial and ongoing therapy evaluations in the community or place of residence according to OT standards of practice as well as state standards.
- Implement Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust this schedule and plan according to patient progress.
- Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to, supervision of, or teaching of others.
- Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and that are realistically attainable.
- Participate as assigned in quality assessment performance improvement initiatives, and maintains professional knowledge and experience through ongoing education and training
As a Occupational Therapist, what you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree.
- Current OT licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy is required
- Excellent interpersonal skill and ability
- Passion and expertise for delivery of world-class therapy
