Qualifications
- over the age of 18
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
Position Summary: Answers incoming phone calls. Takes messages or forwards calls to voicemail systems. Follow up with staff as appropriate. Greets all visitors and customers in a customer-oriented manner. Maintains the visitor’s sign-in log. Appropriately directs walk-in applicants. Collects employee meal money and appropriately notifies the Dietary Department. Collects telephone service fees and appropriately notifies the IT Department. Keeps the front lobby and front desk area neat and clean. Ensures all copy/fax machines are in proper working order and fully stocked with paper. Has a copy of the current census to give resident room number and visitors direction. Takes private payments and bill payments and tracks receipts and payments.
MUST be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday from 8am - 6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.37 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
