Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment with a collaborative interdisciplinary team and strong clinical leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and ADL performance
- Train residents in activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required
