Key Responsibilities
- Perform Installation Work: Complete landscape construction tasks throughout all stages of a project, including patios and walkways, retaining walls, tree and shrub planting, irrigation systems, sod installation, landscape lighting, etc.
- Operate Tools & Equipment: Safely use hand tools, power tools, and equipment, including skid steers and mini excavators (when trained).
- Work with Precision: Complete tasks professionally and in accordance with Alpine Reflections' quality standards.
- Communicate Effectively: Work closely with supervisors, managers, and fellow crew members.
- Support the Team: Contribute to a safe, productive, and professional work environment.
- Work Outdoors: Perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions and job-site environments.
Core Qualifications
- Physical Readiness: Able to perform labor-intensive work in all seasons, including winter snow operations.
- Experience: Operating hand tools and equipment, and driving a truck and trailer, preferred but not required.
- Background: Construction, landscape, or outdoor work experience preferred but not required.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, common sense, dependable, and professional in all aspects of the work environment, both on the job site and with the team.
- Grow Your Skills: Motivated to learn and develop new skills in landscape construction, equipment operation, and other aspects of the trade.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required. Must be able to report to our yard each workday.
Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $26–32/hour based on experience and demonstrated skills.
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after completion of the probationary period.
- End-of-Season Bonus: $1,000 for completing the season.
