- Visiting customer facilities to evaluate needs, and develop solutions.
- Developing a strong grasp of the features and capabilities of multiple product lines.
- Installation of all makes and models, small and large, forklift battery and power systems.
- Maintenance of existing systems.
- Exceeding our customer’s expectations.
- Some travel required
Ideal candidates will have:
- Must have experience with installation and maintenance of forklift batteries and chargers.
- High degree of initiative and dependability
- Strong customer service/solutions focus.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Basic mechanical skills
- Basic electronics knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Computer literacy a plus.
