Job Summary
We are looking for someone with cuisine and/or food service experience to act as a weekend cuisine team member.
Kitchen staff are responsible for executing Alpine Modern's culinary program and maintaining high-quality standards in doing so. They are responsible for both prepping recipes and building/plating menu items to Alpine's high standards.
Weekends are required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Embodies and models the behaviors and practices that make Alpine Modern a world-class hospitality brand
- Prepares recipes to specifications ensuring a high standard of quality
- Creates and fulfills prep lists on a daily basis to ensure the cafe is always set up for success
- Organizes kitchen to maximize space and efficiency
- Keeps the kitchen clean and sanitized, looking brand new for the next shift
- Preparing food orders to order

- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hold team members accountable to quality and cleanliness standards
