- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications from a four-year college or university, required.
- 2 years’ experience in digital marketing position, required.
- Proven track record in achieving digital marketing goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and guidance.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
- Ability to effectively work autonomously during times of limited supervision.
- Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
- Solid problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.

- Running multiple pages at the same time.
- LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads.
- WordPress
- Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Adobe Acrobat and Premiere
- Lead the LinkedIn strategy for our company pages and create posts for all brands.
- Make and monitor ads for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to complete deliverables and support the team's campaigns and initiatives.
- Measure and report on the success of social media posts and ads, using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media, advertising, and digital marketing trends and platform changes.
- Monitor social channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
- Publish new content and make edits to WordPress websites.
- Run our YouTube channel, which includes publishing all videos.
- Pull digital metrics monthly.
- Assign tasks to the digital team's contractor and ensure tasks are correctly completed in a timely manner.

- Works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
- Noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
- Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
