We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Multilingual a plus
