Job Duties
- Efficiently and thoroughly clean assigned cabins, homes, and common areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Inspect each unit after cleaning to ensure quality and readiness for guest arrival.
- Monitor, restock, and organize inventory for guest amenities, including toiletries, coffee, paper products, and other supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
- Support fellow team members with shared cleaning tasks or special projects as needed.
- Provide friendly, professional communication with guests and coworkers.
- Uphold Alpine Falls Ranch’s hospitality standards by maintaining a clean, welcoming environment throughout the property.
- Weekend availability is required to meet guest turnover needs.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, commercial or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Experience working in lodging or vacation rental settings (cabins, hotels, resorts, or ranches) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards .
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest readiness.
- Ability to follow checklists, directions, and established procedures.
- Must be able to pass an employee background check.
- A personal cell phone is required for communication while on duty.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
