Strong Interpersonal Skills – Effective communication and problem-solving, along with a real enthusiasm for working with students.
Adaptability in the Classroom – Comfortable managing various classroom settings and supporting diverse student needs.
Focus on Safety – Committed to creating and maintaining a secure and respectful learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Instruction – Deliver pre-planned lessons and keep students engaged in learning.

Supervise Throughout the Day – Monitor students during instruction, meals, and transitions like recess.
Team Collaboration – For extended assignments, work with staff to align lessons with school goals.
