Teachers Now is looking for reliable, motivated, and engaging Substitute Teachers to support schools and students across K–12 classrooms. What You’ll Do
- Follow lesson plans to keep students engaged and learning on track
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Support students across various grade levels and subjects
- Adapt to different classroom settings and school needs
- Supervise students in classrooms and other campus areas
- Build positive relationships with students and school staff
Schedule Flexibility
Choose assignments that fit your schedule:
- Full Day: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Half Day AM: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Half Day PM: 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Monday–Friday scheduling available.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or at least 60 college credit hours required
- Bachelor’s degree or teaching certification preferred
- Previous classroom, childcare, or substitute experience is a plus
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Flexible, professional, and dependable attitude
Pay & Benefits
- $90–$120 per day based on education/certification
