About the Role 

UpReach Learning is looking for a dedicated K–5 School Tutor/Interventionist to support students in Math and/or English Language Arts during regular school hours at public K-12 schools. Key Responsibilities 

- Deliver small-group and one-on-one academic tutoring in Math and/or ELA (School Time) 

- Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment 

- Support students in mastering grade-level standards and closing skill gaps 

- Track and document student progress 

- Provide feedback and collaborate with teachers and campus administrators 

Qualifications 

- Knowledge of Math and/or ELA concepts for tutoring. 

- Communication skills. 

- Passion for working with public schools. 

- Bachelor’s degree (required) 

- Prior tutoring/teaching experience preferred (not required) 

Schedule & Compensation 

- Full-Time, Monday–Friday (School Hours) 

- Approximately 40 hours per week 

- $25 per hour 

- Campus schedule, assignment, and final hours will be confirmed during the interview 

Compensation and Schedule will be discussed during the interview process. 5 days each week full time.
