Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (school hours may vary by campus)

As a Substitute Teacher, you'll help ensure students continue learning in a safe, structured, and engaging classroom while their regular teacher is away.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver instruction using teacher-provided lesson plans
- Create a positive, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment
- Manage classroom behavior and encourage student participation
- Supervise students throughout the school day
- Take attendance and maintain accurate classroom records
- Communicate with school administrators and staff as needed
- Follow district policies, campus procedures, and school expectations
- Meet the substitute teacher eligibility requirements of the assigned school district, including a minimum of 60 college credit hours
- Previous experience working with children, tutoring, coaching, or in an educational setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different grade levels, subjects, and classroom environments
- Professional, dependable, punctual, and positive
- Ability to follow lesson plans, school policies, and district procedures
- Successfully complete all required background checks and district onboarding requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned school campuses
- Ability to stand, walk, and actively supervise students throughout the school day
- A genuine passion for supporting students and contributing to a positive learning environment
