Part-Time School Interventionist (ELA) – San Antonio, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours (~35 hours/week) – daily weekday availability required

About the Role:
UpReach Learning is hiring a part-time K–12 Interventionist to support English Language Arts in public schools. You’ll work directly with students, helping them close academic gaps, build confidence, and succeed in school—all while gaining hands-on experience that strengthens your professional skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead small-group and one-on-one ELA tutoring

• Track and report student progress

• Maintain a positive, structured learning environment

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Knowledge of ELA concepts

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for helping students succeed

• Prior tutoring/teaching experience preferred (not required)
