Sales Operation Coordinator

The Sales Operation Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, quotes, and related documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, operations, purchasing, and customers, helping maintain efficient workflows, exceptional customer service, and the smooth execution of daily sales activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Coordinate and manage daily sales operations
• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain and organize office files and documents
• Assist in the implementation of sales procedures
• Provide administrative support to staff and management
• Review customer and supplier order status reports
• Expedite customer and supplier open orders
• Customer service
• Track incoming web leads
• Other office and sales tasks, as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or office administration and/or customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and office management software
• Detail oriented and capable of problem solving
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Always maintain a positive attitude
• Willingness to pitch-in and help where required

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
