This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer role based in Denver, CO. The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and managing a portfolio of loans, assisting clients with securing financing, and providing high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, conducting financial analyses, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and present customized solutions while maintaining operational efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Experience with loan origination processes and knowledge in underwriting and financial assessments
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in topics related to finance and lending practices
- Previous experience as a Loan Officer or with financial products is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work reliably in an on-site environment at our Denver, CO location
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance is a plus
