Job Summary

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping people. You'll work directly with one of our senior sales managers, helping keep customer projects moving, supporting major accounts, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is more than an assistant position; our goal is to hire someone who wants to build a long-term career with Awards Unlimited. You'll learn the business from one of our most experienced salespeople with the opportunity to eventually manage customer accounts of your own.

Responsibilities

· Support one of our senior sales managers

· Prepare quotes and customer orders

· Help customers by phone, email, and in person

· Coordinate projects with production and purchasing

· Track deadlines and keep projects organized

· Follow up with customers and vendors

· Solve problems and provide outstanding customer service

· Build long-term customer relationships

One customer may be a Division I athletic department. The next could be someone organizing a local car show. Every customer matters. We're looking for the right person to help carry those customer relationships into the future.

Experience in customer service, administrative support, sales support, or account management is helpful but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
