What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Logistics Manager position at Alpine Aviation Group - Ozark, MO?
Alpine Aviation is looking for a full-time Warehouse / Logistics Manager to join our team in Springfield, MO. You’ll handle our shipping and receiving operations, keep inventory organized across two locations, and make sure our aerospace orders go out the door accurately and on schedule.
What you’ll need:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on forklift experience and comfort handling basic maintenance tracking.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Planner) and ERP systems (experience with Cetec ERP is a big plus).
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality paperwork, kit builds, and Certificates of Conformance (CoCs).
- Good communication skills for talking with suppliers, customers, and our internal team.
- Valid Driver’s License to operate Company truck.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing daily shipping, receiving, kit building, and inventory tracking across two facilities.
- Receiving incoming parts against drawings in Cetec ERP, scanning packing slips/CoCs, and routing docs to Accounting.
- Packing orders and setting up carrier pickups.
- Keeping asset records up to date in Alpine SharePoint and tracking department tasks in Planner.
- Joining customer delivery updates and following up on warranty part requests.
- Operating forklift, keeping equipment maintained, and handling cardboard recycling runs.
