Alpine Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our exceptional team. As the first point of contact for our clients, CSRs play a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment and building lasting trust in our veterinary care.
In this role, youll not only provide outstanding customer servicescheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and offering guidance on our servicesbut also join our leadership team to assist with front desk operations. Youll oversee daily workflows, support and train fellow CSRs, and ensure that every client interaction reflects our commitment to kindness, clarity, and professionalism.

This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday, with 1 weekend every 5 weeks, and 1 ER shift per week.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 2 years of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Training and mentorship
- Monitoring hospital flow
- Complaint resolution/client disputes
- Attention to detail
