Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface sanitation, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are consistently met.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely and effectively.
- Manage laundry duties for residential or commercial clients, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding.
- Handle manual lifting of heavy items such as furniture or equipment with proper technique to ensure safety.
- Conduct routine janitorial duties like trash removal, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning surfaces are properly sanitized for hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
Qualifications
