- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Minimum seven years of hands-on window and door installation experience
- Proven success with high-end residential and light commercial projects
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and installation instructions
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation and required installation tools
