Roofing Estimator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Roofing Estimator to assess roofing projects, prepare accurate estimates, and deliver clear, detailed proposals to clients. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of roofing systems along with excellent communication skills to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments, measurements, and material evaluations
• Prepare accurate estimates for residential and commercial roofing projects
• Meet with clients to review estimates and provide recommendations
• Coordinate with project managers and production teams on scope and pricing
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, change orders, and communication
• Stay up to date on roofing materials, installation methods, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator or similar construction estimating role
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation practices
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation
