Field Installer

We're seeking skilled Field Installers to support the installation of architectural façades, glazing systems, and curtain wall assemblies on commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate brings hands-on installation experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Install framing, glass panels, panels, anchors, and other façade components per drawings, shop details, and project specifications
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and installation equipment
• Coordinate with foremen and installation teams to maintain productivity and meet project timelines
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements, PPE standards, and company protocols
• Assist with layout, material staging, unloading, and organizing materials
• Ensure proper fitment, alignment, sealants, and fastening for all installed components
  
  

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in construction, glazing, façade installation, or related trades
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, elevation drawings, and installation details
• Comfortable working at heights with lifts, scaffolding, or swing stages in various outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering clean and accurate work
• Reliable, safety-driven, and effective within a field installation crew
