Capital & Investor Leadership
* Lead firm-wide capital raising strategy
* Build and maintain institutional and high-net-worth investor relationships
* Secure capital for investments and platforms
Investment Strategy Alignment
* Partner with acquisitions and leadership on investment decisions
* Align capital availability with deal pipeline
Executive Representation
* Represent the firm in investor meetings and external engagements
* Lead senior-level negotiations and communications
Team Leadership
* Build and lead investor relations and capital markets teams
* Establish standards, culture, and performance expectations
Required Background
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field
* 8–12 years of relevant experience
Language Requirement:
Fluent Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required, as this role involves direct, daily communication with Mandarin-speaking investors and the preparation of bilingual investment materials.
