Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior designers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the integrated design process
- Develop and oversee design concepts, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals
- Conduct advanced code research and apply regulatory requirements to complex project assignments
- Review, coordinate, and approve construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and workflow to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
- Engage directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate seamless project delivery
- Contribute to strategic design initiatives and innovation within the firm
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 5 years of experience in architectural design, including leadership on multiple project types and phases
- Proficient in Revit; AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and construction documentation
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to clients and stakeholders
