CaliHouseForSale, powered by AlphaX RE Capital, is a real estate investment team specializing in off-market properties, foreclosures, fixer-uppers, and investment deals across the San Francisco Bay Area — typically 15–30% below market value. We focus on uncovering high-return opportunities for our clients and expanding our presence in California’s competitive real estate market.

We’re seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will lead and manage sales operations, drive property transactions, and foster strong client relationships.

• Lead and manage sales operations to ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Oversee property listings and the marketing process from consultation to completion.
• Negotiate deals to ensure win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
• Conduct market research on SF Bay Area real estate trends to determine pricing.
• Maintain CRM records and client databases for performance tracking.
• Mentor sales associates and contribute to business growth strategies.

• 2 years of experience in real estate or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred but not required.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• English fluency required.
