We are expanding in 2024 and seeking a motivated Sales/Listing Agent to join our growing team! You’ll represent AL Homes properties, guide clients through the buying process, and help drive our sales operations to new heights.

• Understand homebuilding standards and conduct client walk-throughs of completed homes.
• Research market trends in the Bay Area to set competitive listing prices.
• Market and promote AL Homes properties through meetings, open houses, and digital campaigns.
• Deliver professional consulting services and support clients through all stages of the sales process.
• Build lasting client relationships and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful closings.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain property resources and client satisfaction.

• English fluency required.
• Real Estate License required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Previous real estate or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and systems.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
