- Install framing, glass panels, panels, anchors, and other façade components per drawings, shop details, and project specifications
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and installation equipment
- Coordinate with foremen and installation teams to maintain productivity and meet project timelines
- Follow all jobsite safety requirements, PPE standards, and company protocols
- Assist with layout, material staging, unloading, and organizing materials
- Ensure proper fitment, alignment, sealants, and fastening for all installed components
- Two or more years of experience in construction, glazing, façade installation, or related trades
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, elevation drawings, and installation details
- Comfortable working at heights with lifts, scaffolding, or swing stages in various outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering clean and accurate work
- Reliable, safety-driven, and effective within a field installation crew
