We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Salesperson to drive new business growth and expand long-term relationships with commercial clients. This role requires strong B2B sales experience, ideally within roofing, construction, or building services, and the ability to deliver results through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and solution-focused selling.

- Sell commercial roofing services including repairs, restorations, full system replacements, and maintenance programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and prospective clients
- Develop a structured daily sales schedule through qualified leads, networking, jobsite visits, and self-generated opportunities
- Conduct property inspections, identify deficiencies, and prepare tailored proposals
- Assess client needs, develop custom solutions, and close deals to achieve revenue goals
- Support ongoing customer relationships by attending pre-job or turnover meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales documentation
- Adherence to OSHA safety standards and internal procedures
- Ability to pass mandatory and random drug testing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Minimum 5 years of B2B outside sales experience in construction, building services, or related fields
- Proven success engaging corporate decision-makers including executives and facility managers
- Commercial roofing sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, service offerings, and project processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
