Job Overview

The Commercial Insulator Supervisory Foreman or Manager will oversee all phases of commercial and industrial insulation projects. This role involves planning and organizing crews, managing schedules and workflow, ensuring quality installations, conducting field inspections, and maintaining strong communication with contractors and clients. The ideal candidate brings proven field expertise and the ability to lead teams across multiple active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily activities for insulation crews across multiple projects
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within expectations
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
• Lead and mentor crews while enforcing quality and productivity standards
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address needs and resolve issues
• Conduct jobsite inspections to verify safety, compliance, and workmanship
• Assist with material planning, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and required job documentation
• Enforce all OSHA and company safety policies
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial insulation experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and project coordination abilities
• Thorough knowledge of insulation materials, installation processes, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project documentation and basic digital tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
