Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily activities for insulation crews across multiple projects
- Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within expectations
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
- Lead and mentor crews while enforcing quality and productivity standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address needs and resolve issues
- Conduct jobsite inspections to verify safety, compliance, and workmanship
- Assist with material planning, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and required job documentation
