Company Description

SNDiT Sports is a transformative global mobile platform focused exclusively on the sports ecosystem. It is designed to enhance both in-person and virtual interactions among athletes, fans, teams, leagues, and promotions, prioritizing personalized preferences. In addition to fostering meaningful connections, SNDiT Sports empowers stakeholders to realize new revenue opportunities, creating mutual benefits for everyone involved. We are building a high-performance mobile-native platform designed to enable direct monetization, coaching access, and specialized content delivery, bypassing fragmented social media and legacy systems.

We are seeking a highly specialized Mobile UX Expert and Android developer to join us as a core contributor, compensated via a significant revenue share/equity stake.

Location: Fully Remote - Work from Anywhere

Role Description

Your primary mission is to leverage your deep understanding of mobile UX and native Android principles to design and build reusable components and flows within the no-code environment. Since our entrepreneurs operate entirely without external websites, the app itself must be the flawless operational hub.

Key Responsibilities

  1. UX Design & Strategy: Lead the design of specialized transactional flows (subscriptions, gear purchasing, training booking), ensuring zero-friction, intuitive mobile commerce.
  2. No-Code Component Implementation: Utilize the no-code builder to construct and configure complex, reusable mobile UI components (e.g., custom feed views, multi-user carts, configuration forms) that adhere to native Android performance standards.
  3. Fan/Athlete Monetization: Optimize the administrative flow for independent coaches or teams, ensuring schedule management, sales, and analytics are fully mobile-native and efficient.
  4. Platform Mastery: Become the internal expert on maximizing the app builder's capabilities to achieve high-performance results that mimic complex native apps.

Qualifications and Expertise

  • Proficiency in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and a strong understanding of how users interact with technology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in User Research and applying Design Thinking methodologies to design solutions.
  • Experience in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design to produce engaging and user-friendly mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of Android component development and mobile platform frameworks (crucial for optimizing no-code implementation).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Passion for innovation and creating impactful solutions within the sports industry.

This is a crucial, high-impact role with compensation heavily weighted toward revenue share and equity. We are seeking a dedicated contributor to build this specialized infrastructure.
