We're looking for a smart, detail-oriented person that can help us with building LLM tools and workflows and programming for our website and company needs. This position may be part- or full-time and will be in person.
You’ll work directly with our attorneys, paralegals, and specialists in this dynamic position that blends legal-adjacent work, project management, and AI tool development and integration.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain AI-powered agents for contract analysis, legal knowledge retrieval, and document redaction using LLM platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and legal-specific platforms)
· Design reviewable AI workflows with appropriate human oversight, documentation, and safeguards for confidential or sensitive firm and client information
· Design and manage RAG pipelines and knowledge bases
· Review AI that can work with Microsoft environment and SharePoint to read and review files
· Assess and integrate third-party offerings in firm workflows
· Maintain and improve the firm website, including implementing planned development and updates
· Advise firm stakeholders on select information technology developments and opportunities
· collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and specialists to document AI workflows and translate technical processes for non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
· Holds a bachelor’s degree or close to graduation in computer science, computer engineering, data science, or machine learning
· Interest in law or startups
· Proficiency with prompt engineering, including system prompt design, RAG pipelines, and knowledge base construction
· Basic HTML/CSS experience
· Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Azure environments, including Copilot Studio or Power Platform
· Familiarity with document template systems and structured output generation
· Proactively tracks AI developments, model releases, and emerging tooling; able to evaluate new capabilities and apply them to active projects without prompting
· Strong written communication; able to document AI workflows for non-technical stakeholders
· Experience building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered workflows (Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent)
· Autonomous contributor who takes the initiative with projects and work
