What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategy & Operations position at Alpharun?
Alpharun is an applied AI company that helps leading enterprises hire and train their frontline teams. Our platform fully automates candidate assessments and ongoing performance monitoring, enabling companies to build high-performing teams at scale.
As the first member of our Strategy & Operations team, you'll partner directly with Alpharun's founders to accelerate growth, refine our go-to-market strategy, and scale critical operations. You’ll wear many hats and get broad exposure to all aspects of an AI-native startup: you'll generate demand, run customer onboarding and success, work on go-to-market strategy, and broadly do whatever it takes to help build an iconic company. This is a demanding but rewarding role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

We’ll be most excited if you have:
- 1-5 years of experience in roles demanding analytical rigor, operational excellence, and responsibility for tangible outcomes.
- A technical background or willingness to rapidly learn SQL, low-code/no-code tools, and AI concepts.
- A track record of getting things done in roles with high levels of ambiguity and accountability.
- Extreme ambition and high expectations of yourself and the team you work with.
