Essential Functions
- Understand and comply with all company safety policies and procedures and utilize all necessary safety equipment.
- Understand and comply with the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008)
- Help meet daily production goals to manufacture product
- Be aware of machine capabilities for production of goods
- Ensure machine is calibrated to perform the task at hand
- Ensure proper directions are followed to operate machine
- Ensure that work area is clean and neat
- Help assure overall cleanliness and safety of work area
- Be prepared to work overtime as needed
- Perform all other activities as requested by management
- Experience in various machine operations
- High school diploma/GED
- Good mechanical aptitude
Working Conditions
- Standing for 8 hour shifts
- Heavy lifting up to 60 pounds
