Job Overview
AlphaOne Fulfillment Inc is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to support daily fulfillment operations. This position focuses on locating products, preparing customer orders, checking quantities, and moving completed orders through the warehouse for packing and shipment.
No previous warehouse experience is required. We provide training to help you learn our processes and safely perform your daily responsibilities. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build practical experience in a fulfillment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review pick lists and order information before starting tasks
- Locate products in assigned warehouse storage areas
- Select the correct items and quantities for each order
- Check picked products for accuracy and visible damage
- Move completed picks to packing or staging areas
- Organize products and maintain orderly storage locations
- Assist with replenishing inventory in picking areas
- Help receive and put away incoming products when needed
- Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Scan or verify product and order information as required
- Keep aisles, workstations, and picking areas clean and organized
- Follow safe lifting, handling, and warehouse procedures
- Work with other team members to complete daily order goals
- Assist with additional fulfillment tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training is provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and a responsible work attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages during the workday
- Willingness to learn new procedures and responsibilities
