Preferred Education

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

 Essential Job Duties

1. Greet all gym members and visitors as they enter and exit the building
2. Sell day passes to visitors
3. Verify all members during check-in
4. Ensure member accounts are current and active
5. Assist members with their accounts including updating billing information, cancellations and collecting unpaid balances 
6. Review gym rules with all new members 
7. Communicate with Sales Staff and assist with all new member enrollment processes
8. Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals
9. Restocking all consumable products throughout the facilities 
10. Rerack weights and pickup equipment while keeping to the highest cleanliness standards 
11. Uphold Alphaland’s high standards of cleanliness through completion of daily and weekly cleaning tasks
12. Provide on the floor assistance to gym members
13. Frequently perform a comprehensive walk around of the gym to identify any safety hazards or broken equipment
14. Perform opening and closing procedures\

Additional Job Duties

1. Standing and moving throughout the facility to accomplish all tasks during a scheduled shift
2. Bending, walking, and twisting 
3. Handling cleaning chemicals 
4. Other job duties as assigned by management

 Required Skills / Experience

1. Previous customer service experience
2. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
