Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Business Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our business clients. This role involves supporting client inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction across all interactions. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience managing business-to-business (B2B) customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand and communicate company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
- Process orders, returns, or changes in service as needed.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and design teams to meet customer needs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Qualifications:
