Our tight-knit team is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full-time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. More than anything, we’re looking for highly collaborative and dependable teammates who are driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. What you can expect to do:
- Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization to clients and visitors.
- Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services, and capabilities.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, and support customers in the business associated with their account.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Support customers and teams with project management, fulfillment organization, and other daily activities.
Skills you will need to be successful:
- Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
