What You’ll Do:
- Identify & Prospect – Develop and implement strategies to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry outreach.
- Consultative Sales – Understand client needs and propose custom signage, printing, and marketing solutionsthat align with their business goals.
- Account Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations – Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to decision-makers in various industries.
- Market Research – Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Team – Work closely with production, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in printing, signage, or B2B services.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience using CRM software (PrintSpeak preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of marketing and branding solutions is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
