What You’ll Do
- File Review: Check incoming files for accuracy, proper formatting, resolution, and print-readiness for digital and large-format printing.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and fix issues like missing fonts, incorrect color profiles, or low-resolution images.
- Communication: Collaborate with clients or designers to clarify file specifications or request revisions when needed.
- Prepress Setup: Prepare files for production by applying bleed, crop marks, and other necessary adjustments.
- Quality Control: Ensure all files meet our standards and are ready for a seamless print process.
- Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for spotting issues that others might miss.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with design software like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is a must.
- Print Knowledge: Understanding of print production processes, color management, and file formats.
- Problem Solver: You’re resourceful and enjoy figuring out how to fix challenging file issues.
