Large Format Lead

Job Summary: Directs the large format production area, producing a wide range of

large-scale graphics including banners, signs, installs, and rigid substrates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large format print and finishing schedules.
• Operate and maintain large format printers
• Operate and maintain laminators, plotters, and cutting equipment.
• Ensure accurate color output and precise finishing.
• Oversee material inventory for large format.
• Train and supervise large format production staff.
• Coordinate installation for large format projects when applicable.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
  
  

Skills: Expertise in large format printing technologies, material knowledge (vinyl, fabrics,

rigid substrates), finishing techniques, color management, ability to read and interpret

design files, safety protocols for large equipment.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
