AlphaGraphics Marietta is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our production team and oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced print and signage business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands commercial printing, wide-format graphics, signage production, workflow management, and customer deadlines. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with expert Adobe Creative Suite skills and a commitment to quality and customer service.
What You'll Do- Manage daily production operations for print, signage, and graphics projects
- Lead and develop production staff while maintaining a positive, accountable culture
- Schedule jobs, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery
- Oversee quality control and continuously improve production processes
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure project success
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory levels
- Monitor equipment utilization and production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial printing, signage, or large-format graphics production
- Previous experience managing production teams and workflows
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, color management, and prepress processes
- Experience with wide-format printing, signage fabrication, and finishing equipment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and production performance
- Experience in a franchise print environment
- Knowledge of digital printing equipment and workflow software
