Internal Description

Production role that will be assigned to a designated area but will also be crossed trained in multiple areas to help in a variety of functions such as assembly work, bindery, order finishing functions, order packaging and quality checks. This role is normally working on processes that are towards the end of the order and production process and it is critical that employees are ensuring that packaging and product quality and presentation can meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Will do a variety of production functions such as packaging, processing and counting orders, etc.
• Be responsible for meeting production unit and task demand based on area and process
• Have a high level of quality
• Share ideas and suggestions to improve processes and procedures.
• Be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of quality
