The Practice Growth Manager will play a key role in fostering relationships with Providers and achieving sales objectives. Your responsibilities will include account growth, relationship management, collaboration with Sales and cross functional teams as well as maintaining timely and accurate interactions in our CRM, Salesforce.

Furthermore, a foundational understanding of the critical nature of building and nurturing strong, professional relationships with providers/practices and internal stakeholders is essential, as these connections are the primary engine for sustained business growth and expansion within the assigned territory.
- Identify and drive opportunities for account growth and development within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for territory and account management, including a structured approach for understanding each account's unique needs, business drivers, and decision-making processes. This includes establishing and managing a regular cadence of formal business reviews (such as QBRs/SBRs) with providers/practices to track progress, discuss performance metrics, and align on future objectives.
- Understand and develop 'First Look' accounts and priority opportunities within the territory.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term providers/practice relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Gather providers/practices feedback and share insights with sales, operations, and product teams
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate and timely records of activities, pipeline, and account status in Salesforce and applicable Alphaeon systems
- Track performance metrics such as enrollments, activations, retention, and revenue growth
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, team meetings, and tradeshows as necessary
- 2 years experience in sales, account management, or providers/practices-facing roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience in account onboarding, training, or providers/practices success
- Familiarity with Google Suite, and Salesforce tools and sales reporting systems
- Patient financing experience relevant to Alphaeon’s products
- Willing to travel to tradeshows as necessary
