About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Miami office. This role is critical in supporting our real estate development projects through financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, and market research. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, proven real estate experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a boutique, entrepreneurial environment.
This is not a CFO or Director role — we are specifically looking for an experienced analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and pro formas for new and existing developments.
- Conduct underwriting, scenario analysis, and return metrics (IRR, ROI, cap rates, etc.).
- Support due diligence and feasibility studies, including reviewing budgets, market assumptions, and risks.
- Perform market research and benchmarking on comparable projects, construction costs, and demand trends.
- Assist with financing structures, preparing investor and lender materials, and evaluating capital strategies.
- Monitor project budgets vs. actuals, provide variance analysis, and generate periodic performance reports.
- Prepare clear presentations and reports for ownership, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, construction, legal, sales) to validate financial assumptions.
- Maintain advanced proficiency in Excel.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate development or investment analysis is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, projections, scenario analysis).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Ability to work on-site in our Miami office.
