We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role requires a highly organized individual who can thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute to the seamless delivery of memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and logistics of corporate and promotional events
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure event success
Support in budgeting, scheduling, and administrative tasks
Prepare event materials and manage on-site setup and takedown
Monitor event timelines and ensure adherence to project plans
Gather feedback and assist in post-event reporting and analysis
Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional materials
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
1 year of experience in event coordination, administration, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required
