Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Event Staff to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our events and educational programs. This role involves assisting with event set-ups, guest coordination, on-site logistics, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event preparation, including venue setup, staging, materials, and equipment organization.

• Welcome attendees, provide guidance, and support registration or check-in procedures.

• Coordinate on-site logistics to ensure smooth execution throughout the event.

• Maintain a professional and organized environment before, during, and after events.

• Support event leads with operational tasks, communication, and problem-solving as needed.

• Monitor event flow and respond promptly to any guest needs or unforeseen issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols at all times.
