We are seeking a Customer Support Manager who will lead and develop our customer service operations. This role involves building strong client relationships, improving service processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction aligns with the company’s values and vision. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer support team.

  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client communication and project delivery.
